Upon the execution of a mutual non-disclosure agreement, GR Services will facilitate an initial planning meeting between its team members and the out of state producers, production companies or distributors. This meeting will serve as a platform for the discussion of goals and objectives, allowing for the formulation of strategic solutions.

Following the consensus on a plan, GR Services will coordinate a meeting with the State and the key members of the Project. Subsequent to the initial meeting, a package of information will be sent by the State.  GR Services will actively collaborate with the Production to ensure the optimal utilization of the tax incentive. Typically, the Project will be certified 45-60 days from the first meeting. 

Upon State certification of the Project, GR Services stands ready to facilitate the financing of the Project’s tax incentive through its established financial partner, if deemed necessary.
